• Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refundable.

• Installation dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.

2. Digital Products

• Digital guides, downloads, and content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

• This complies with UK consumer law regarding digital content.

3. Physical Products

• Physical products are subject to UK Consumer Rights legislation.

• Refunds or replacements apply only if products are faulty or not as described.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.

4. Support the Channel Payments

• Donations or “Support the Channel” payments are non-refundable.

5. Payment Disputes
